Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, which involves live animals, pet food and chemical items that can be contaminated easily, we do not accept returns of any kind. This includes in store and online purchase. It is far too costly to ship items back and forth, please consider your purchase carefully before ordering online.
IN STORE ONLY: We are aware that mistakes can be made, so we allow exchanges of dry goods (such as heaters, filters, filter replacement cartridges, aquarium maintenance equipment and related items as long as they are unopened and within 14 day of purchase, receipt required. This does not include live animals, food items or any liquid items.
Custom ordered aquariums and equipment cannot be returned!
We will re-home unwanted pets at not cost to you. Please do not dispose of live animals by putting them in lakes, rivers or streams. Do not flush or attempt to euthanize unwanted animals, just bring them to us.
We will at our own discretion exchange, discount or make right any other transaction that we feel necessary. We make all attempts possible to display pictures of animals including corals as accurately as possible. Please understand that corals display differently under different lighting conditions and tank parameters. We do our best to give an accurate photo represnetation of these animals. It is very difficult to photograph corals to the level that your eye perceives them under certain lighting. We do not purposely "photo enhance" colors to make them appear brighter than they are. The photography process can cause colors to be more drab or to be more bright, please understand that there is an expected tolerance of differences in colors of corals and fish from photo to in person.
